GradeCam uses two basic form types, test forms for giving tests and quizzes, and score forms for posting graded papers and credit/no credit work. 

GradeCam Scanner Pro comes with a built-in form generator that makes it easy for you to produce the specific form you need.  This built-in form generator also lets you print forms with your students' identification numbers already bubbled.  All forms can be produced with student I.D. numbers from 3 to 9 digits long.  You may want to consider truncating long preassigned numbers to 4-digits to make it easier and more convenient for students to bubble on everything they turn in.  

Test Forms 

Student ID: Between three and nine digits

Questions: 20, 40, 70, or 100 questions

Answer Choices: Either A-D or A-E

Score Forms

Student ID: Between three and nine digits

Score: Three digits -- maximum score of 999
