Student Portal Wows Educators at ISTE

Our new student portal was one of the biggest awe-inspiring moments for technology educators who visited our booth at the ISTE 2016 conference in Denver, Colorado. GradeCam had the honor of exhibiting at one of the largest education technology conferences of the year last month. And boy did we have a blast!

If you’ve never been to an ISTE conference, the sheer energy of 16,000 teachers and school administrators has you buzzing from the moment you arrive. The power of GradeCam was presented to over 500 educators from 55 different states and countries. We held our own little United Nations of GradeCam right there in Denver!

The biggest perk to visiting a GradeCam booth at a conference is playing to win a free year of GradeCam. Over 300 educators won our Plinko game, and will be scanning their way to grading-free evenings and weekends in the Fall. Be sure to join us on Facebook or Twitter to get the latest updates on when we’ll be at a conference near you.

Teachers are always thrilled when they witness how GradeCam can transfer their grades to any electronic gradebook with only one keystroke. (See our super easy tutorial here.) However, the new star of the show is GradeCam’s Student Portal.

The student portal allows students to take assessments online, instantly have access to scores, and view correct and incorrect answers.

The portal is available through a school- or district-wide plan and perfect for:

  • 1:1 schools with one device per student
  • Bring Your Own Device districts
  • Online schools
  • Flipped classrooms
  • Home instruction for inclement weather days

For more info, about the student portal check out this post, or email us at sales@gradecam.com to get started.
